[Libwebsockets] cmake .. - error --- linux system

I am getting following error when i build latest libwebsocket at the time
of, cmake ...

But openssl is installed here
*whereis openssl*
openssl: /usr/bin/openssl /usr/bin/X11/openssl

What is openssl root folder ?
