[Libwebsockets] test-server.exe ends with WSAEINVAL error

Hi -

Unfortunately I don't test the Windows build, everything about that is contributed.

However Joakim has recently synced the Cmake stuff just before the 1.2 release.  So it's worth checking out the 1.2 release tag that is HEAD at the moment.

Also, the logs might be interesting.
