Comment:

 I'm glad you're working but it's better to use the stuff that calls back
 when writeable each time.  Checking if it's choked or not is just an
 optimization.

 If you loop sitting there using the choked check, nobody else is getting
 service while you send this one payload.  That might take a long time if
 the link to the client is poor.
