 In server.c:226 @ 6c58228577306c023b072b5c7c7a2b044a94f12a :

 It is possible that accept() returns 0 without an error.
 Later down the road, the assert(wsi->sock); will fail in
 insert_wsi_socket_into_fds(), libwebsockets.c:116 if the value that
 accept() returns is 0.
