[Libwebsockets] to add libwebsocket flags in Makefile

Hi Andy,

The issue got resolved. It's a problem associated with the legacy software I am using, I was not able to add libwebsockets libraries in the linker command. I somehow tweaked the make command and got that done.Per se, I did not have problems in building standalone websocket server.

Thanks and regards,
Prathamesh

Maybe it's a good idea to show the actual ld or cc commandline that's used to do the linking, and the error.
