Nobody has contributed any code for that.  You can be the lucky guy.

I guess the general idea will be use the external poll support and do 
whatever glib wants you to do to manage generic socket waits.

Once you're handling the callbacks for EXTPOLL it should be no worse 
integration-wise than just adding a socket wait to glib.
