[Libwebsockets] LWS_CALLBACK_CLIENT_CONNECTION_ERROR never got triggered

Hello,
I'm sorry, apparently I haven't got any emails from this mailinglist since
April. The mailinglist configuration page said that my gmail account is
bouncing.

Back to the problem. I experienced the first scenario which is trying to
connect to non listening server socket.

It just stop right there. No error notification. Is it possible this
problem only occurs in windows source part ?
