New description:

I have one problem with my webosocket server. I have noticed when I use
client which have very slow network connection and I send a lot of data I
 get this error:

 [1429127536:3112] ERR: ****** e130c70 Sending new, pending truncated ...
 server: /home/marcin/libwebsockets/lib/output.c:112: lws_issue_raw:
 Assertion `0' failed.

 and server stoped...

If network connection is good the problem doesn't appear.
 I found this:
 https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway/issues/193
but in my case I do one libwebsocket_write per one
 LWS_CALLBACK_SERVER_WRITEABLE callback.

Any idea why the assertion occour?
