[Libwebsockets] LWS_SEND_BUFFER_PRE_PADDING is not a multiple of the CPU wordsize

LWS_SEND_BUFFER_PRE_PADDING is aligned modulo 2 at present. CPUs like word
references to be algined. This means the user has to further pad it if the
user wants to use the buffer for words like ints. For portability, it
should be padded out to the next sizeof(void *) boundary.

I would write this to trac, but trac seems to be broken at the moment.

   Thanks
