[Libwebsockets] regarding maximum concurrent connections

Yes, I had tried with the master branch and hence have got those results. I need  something that I could atleast increase the number of connections to 1000.

On master, a couple of guys contributed improvements past the default 64-connection limit windows has.  So try master branch.  Linux has no such limit.

I have no idea what a 'connection id' means to you, but it has no special meaning in websockets, lws or tcp, so...
