[Libwebsockets] suggestion: Add include/libsockets.h link to build directory

It would be helpful to be able to use the build directory "in-place"
i.e. after 'make' but without 'make install'.

The build directory includes a lib sub-directory, with the libraries,
and a bin sub-directory, with test executables.

It would be useful to also have an include sub-directory, containing a link
or copy of libwebsockets.h.

For example the DomTerm contigure.ac contains:

case "${with_libwebsockets}" in
   "yes" | "no" | "")
     LIBWEBSOCKETS_LIB=-lwebsockets
     LIBWEBSOCKETS_INCLUDES=
     ;;
   *)
     LIBWEBSOCKETS_LIB="${with_libwebsockets}/lib"
     LIBWEBSOCKETS_INCLUDES="-I${with_libwebsockets}/include"
     ;;
esac

The idea if you configure with --with-libsockets you get the system installation
(this should be fixed to use pkg-config). To use an uninstalled version you
would do --with-libwebsockets=/path/to/libwebsockets/build .
