[Libwebsockets] latest commit breaks DomTerm's http serving

Can you help me understand what should be needed to reproduce this?

I can build current domterm (after a git pull) with

$ PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/ ./configure
$ make && sudo make install

FFOX 57 doesn't crash, he brings up


but it is empty.  The source is
