Thanks, the patch is fine but I changed the define around a bit to have 
HTTP in the name since it only applies to those, and to define it in the 
top section of the enum... the bottom section of the enum is distinct 
from the others because in master mux and pipeline have been refactored 
to be attributes separate from http.

I pushed it master otherwise the same.
